CF Dragonfly
Hey gang, I’m back! I’ve not been able to access the internet since last Thursday, but I’m back online now! Wow, what a frustration…but all fixed now.
Christi once again brings us another of her wonderful, fun projects, this time with sweet little dragonfly beads. In this class, you’ll earn your wings!! We’ll start with a few baby dragonflys and while those cure, we’ll dive right in and make the more intricate, jeweled one. Then we’ll patina, dry-brush and clear coat the freshly cooked little ones! So, this class will cover it all from start to finish. Special techniques include using translucent clay, incorporating beaded elements and set gemstones into the sculpture, patination and drybrush techniques, using powders and foils. Too much fun!
